I chose Christina from a short list based on her 5 star reviews. Once Inhd an agreement with Christina, she was instantly on task with gathering photos, getting the listing together and out on the market.Her communication was excellent and her knowledge of marketing real estate and managing offers were top notch. I had an above asking offer under contract in under a week. Christina navigated the process wonderfully and when the buyer hit a snag with their financing, she used her network of contacts and got the deal back on track. Aprilyn is a top notch agent who has vast knowledge of the Tampa Bay Area housing market and beyond. She listed my home at a price that we could both agree on and it was under contract in less than three weeks. The best experience I've had with a realtor. From the very start he was always super responsive and always on top of every step of my home purchase process. Always willing to get me any info I needed or referrals to loan officers or insurance agents. Also was always willing to take time and just let you ask him about anything you wanted to know about the home purchase process or topics about investment properties.
