I truly can’t imagine going through that experience with anyone else.
Toot helped me buy my very first home, and I truly can’t imagine going through that experience with anyone else. From day one, she made me feel supported, informed, and confident in every decision. She took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. What makes this even more special is that she also helped my brother buy his first home and my parents purchase their new house. Over the years, she’s become more than just our realtor, she’s become a dear family friend. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, advocates fiercely for her clients, and treats you like family, Toot is the one. I’m so grateful for her guidance and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Supportive experience for first time purchaser
As a first-time land buyer, I honestly didn’t know where to start or what to expect. Knowledgeable, timely, competent, and fun!
Peter helped us purchase 12 acres of land adjacent to our house. He communicated with us at every step of the transaction. Toot Sold it x2!
Toot is nothing short of amazing! She managed the sale of our house and both sides of our purchase in Hudson with integrity and professionalism. When our first buyers walked days before closing, Toot got right to work lining up another buyer (cash) within a few hours. Her experience and calm through that storm is a testament to her experience and skill. As if her professionalism was not reason enough to choose her, Toot also made the entire process an absolute joy. Market Expert that You Can Count On
