She has been a good person to work with, she answered my questions and was very timely in her communication with me which was a great help. After about 1.5 years of me trying to get everything in order, she stayed persistent an on top of her responsibilities. After being on the market for a week we accepted a deal and got it done in about a month. She seems to surround herself with good connections and contacts that helped me a good deal.
