Lisa has excellent communication skills with the seller and buyer. As a result we had an exceptionally quick closing. She is very knowledgeable about the product and business and it makes her very successful with both sides. Her skills made it possible to keep a sale that was possibly going to be extended to close on time. My plan is to sell some other lots soon and I will list them with Lisa even though I know one of the potential buyers.
