She was very nice and punctual. She was able to answer questions that seemed dumb and didn’t make sense to even more complex issues we may have brought up. Her communication was on point. She always kept you updated on paperwork that needed to be signed. I will send new homeowners her way because she went through hell for us to get us our new place

Mary's expertise decreased my selling time dramatically. She helped in many ways, notably. Her photography helped highlight areas of my home that were literally in the dark. I do wish we would have slowed down just a little so I could have gotten the windows cleaner. I know I'm not the only one who noticed that they were dirty.

Toot was a wonderful help when assisting with preparing, staging and showing our home for our sale. She was excellent at communicating what would help and what would not (from pricing, staging and overall appeal). Even when it was a slow start to selling our home, she continued to be confident with us to stay the course, she remained active and persistent with showings and advice on what steps would help us reach out goal of selling. We always felt very comfortable approaching her with our thoughts/concerns as well as her ability to communicate tougher subjects effectively that would help us sell our home. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed having her help with this whole process and will continue to return back to her with any home purchases/sales in the future.

Mary did a fantastic job for our family. Selling property with siblings can be difficult and Mary knew how to deal with all of the ins and outs of a complicated deal with multiple sellers. She knows the market and was able to direct us throughout the transaction to a wonderful outcome. Would recommend her to anyone!!

As first-time homebuyers, my fiancé and I were equal parts excited and terrified—kind of like riding a roller coaster you can’t get off until the paperwork’s done. Tracy was the perfect guide through the chaos. She’s personable, easy to talk to, and asked all the right questions to help us figure out what actually mattered to us (spoiler: good windows are apparently a bigger deal than we thought). Even though we did a lot of the online house hunting ourselves, Tracy’s feedback was pure gold. She spotted red flags we would have completely missed and always shared her take on the market so we didn’t accidentally overpay or fall in love with a money pit. Her mix of expertise and common sense kept us grounded while still letting us dream. What really set Tracy apart was her availability and patience with our many “rookie” questions—some of which were probably more entertaining than helpful. She never made us feel rushed, and her advice always came with just the right balance of professionalism and warmth. We’re now happily in our first home, and Tracy’s the reason the process felt a lot less like an anxiety inducing process and more like a very exciting (and successful) adventure. Thank you, Tracy!!
