Tracy Yndestad

From start t o finish Tracy did a good job. She met with us on a few occasions in person, otherwise we were able to do some of the signatures on-line. She hired a great photographer and took many pictures inside and outside our home. She did a great job of marketing and held several open houses. We had an offer within a few days. It took a while for the actual closing because our buyer had to sell their home. Overall we were very happy with Tracy and how she handled the sale of our home!

As first-time homebuyers, my fiancé and I were equal parts excited and terrified—kind of like riding a roller coaster you can’t get off until the paperwork’s done. Tracy was the perfect guide through the chaos. She’s personable, easy to talk to, and asked all the right questions to help us figure out what actually mattered to us (spoiler: good windows are apparently a bigger deal than we thought). Even though we did a lot of the online house hunting ourselves, Tracy’s feedback was pure gold. She spotted red flags we would have completely missed and always shared her take on the market so we didn’t accidentally overpay or fall in love with a money pit. Her mix of expertise and common sense kept us grounded while still letting us dream. What really set Tracy apart was her availability and patience with our many “rookie” questions—some of which were probably more entertaining than helpful. She never made us feel rushed, and her advice always came with just the right balance of professionalism and warmth. We’re now happily in our first home, and Tracy’s the reason the process felt a lot less like an anxiety inducing process and more like a very exciting (and successful) adventure. Thank you, Tracy!!
