Ryan was honest and critiqued these houses as though he was the buyer. He pointed out things I didn't consider and I knew he wouldn't let us make a bad investment. Ryan's responsiveness was incredible. He always got back to us by phone or text quickly. Ryan also set us up with a great home inspector. Ryan made the whole home buying process so easy and was there every step of the way. We were able to close quickly and had a couple of last minute negotiations. Ryan was able to secure a new fridge very last minute and we were thrilled. We did all our contracts and closing virtual. Ryan made the whole experience feel easy.
