By evening, she had come over to look at our house, noticed all the fine details we did to the place. She made us feel that our house was special, and we knew she was sincere. She notices things in a house that a buyer might not know. Same for a seller. Toot knows houses, real estate law, and the current market and advised us on our listing price. Well, we thought we could get more. Ended up lowering the price. In the end, the house sold at her initial advised price. She knows the market. Toot is quick to respond to emails, calls and texts.
