Tracy Ross is an excellent realtor. He took care of everything we needed to both find and purchase our new home and also sell our previous home. He was knowledgeable about home comps. He was easy to reach when we needed information or had a concern. He had all the forms available online to sign. He made the whole process as easy and stress free as possible. It can be a totally life consuming process to buy and sell a home but he made it a easy as possible and was with us each step of the way. He dealt with both the buyers realtor and sellers realtor so we did not have to negotiate with them directly but he communicated with us frequently and truthfully about any and all matters. We highly recommend Tracy as a realtor. His knowledge, integrity, open communication and support made our transition from one home to another a good process. We love the home we purchased and feel he negotiated the best price for it. We sold our home for a good price thanks to his help. He was present at our closing and helped us get an excellent title company. If we are ever in the market for another home, cabin, lot of land, etc. we would definitely ask Tracy to be our realtor and we recommend him without any hesitation.

Kristina is super sweet and helpful, she was always super eager to answer all my questions and help with whatever I needed even just giving great advice as I was a first time home buyer and she really informed me of so many things I hadn’t already known!!
