Nichole was the absolute best agent I could ever ask for! She was so understanding and helpful with everything you could imagine. I believe though it’s her job to help us find a home she isn’t in it just for the payment she truly wants to help people find a home and cares about her buyers! My husband and I are super young and had no clue where to even start with buying a house for our family! Nichole helped us understand every little aspect of it and found us the perfect home for us and our two boys! We looked for over a year and Nichole stuck thru and checked up with us almost every week and was determined to help us find a great fit. I truly believe that if it wasn’t for her we would still be on the hunt or stuck with something that was way over priced and not a fit for us.

We had run into a few problems with the lender, with me using a VA loan. Kristina was very on top of things, making sure things went through as fast and as smooth as possible. If it wasn't for Kristina and how she helped and explained things to me, as the prosses went along. I most likely would have made a mistake and backed out of the home. I'm glad I had her help and would defiantly use her again, when I buy my next home.

I live out of town so Amanda Nunn went on a hunt for a house for me. She found two so I flew in and bought one of them. I wanted to rented out for now so she found nice tenants for me in a matter of 2 hours !!! The house needed a couple of repairs so she helped me find the right contractors and she helped checking in on the repairs since I live out of town. She went beyond her job to help me.
