Sarai dealt with a difficult and discouraging situation over the last 2 years or more and she did not give up on us! My 2 sisters in law & I were trying to sell 2 vacant lots in Vernal. We all live in the Salt Lake City area, so we relied on Sarai to keep us posted on whatever was going on, which she did. On 2 separate occasions we had 2 different potential buyers interested in the vacant lots, however the deals fell through due to issues with a neighbor who lived adjacent to the vacant lots. Whenever anyone looked at our vacant lots, this neighbor discouraged the prospective buyers from building a home there. It became obvious that he did not want anyone to build next door to his home. Sarai is knowledgeable about the area and knows how to network, so when she found out this particular neighbor had moved, she contacted us and we moved forward again. I am delighted to say that the 2 vacant lots sold over a month ago. I highly recommend Sarai to anyone who needs to buy or sell their property!

I would highly recommend Sarai. She was punctual, was open and receptive to my situation and my needs. I felt she cared about me. Sarai communicated well, and was very organized when it came time to deal with getting all the people to do thier job or part when it came to being under contract. I loved how organized she was when we went out and looked at several houses. She had notes prepared in a book that I could write in. I loved that.
