Amanda, was very good. This was a difficult sell to make work. It was an estate sale, the personal representative changed (had to get all the documents resigned), it took longer that expected, she had to keep all the attorneys and beneficiaries happy and also keep the buyer and their agent on board. I wish people understood how important a good agent is. Sarai helped me through a difficult build process. Communication with the builder and sellers agent was a bit Rocky and Sarai met with the builders agent weekly to keep things on track. Sarai probably had 100 hours into my deal.
