Lori Eastridge of NC High Country Real Estate was our Agent on the sale of our mountain property. To be honest, this was a more difficult process than we had hoped for: while it was first on the market there was damage to the property which needed to be repaired through an insurance claim, which resulted in a several month delay. There were some sales in escrow in which the buyers pulled out at the last possible minute. Throughout the whole process Lori was attentive, marketed the property well and was always reachable by telephone or text. Prior to our purchase there several years ago, we were outsiders to the area, and so it really helped to have her insight into the region and the High Country real estate market.
