Jackie was always available and responsive. She answered all of our questions. This was our first home sale so we weren't sure of everything we had to do but Jackie helped us through every step of the process. She had great recommendations for third parties to help us as well.

My wife and I are from out of state, looking for a retirement home. We vacationed in the area and Susan spent the better part of a week with us. Additionally, she showed us several houses on a day we were driving through the area. Probably showed us 15 houses total, we didn't find anything that worked, after we got back home we continued working w Susan and she showed us a few remotely via teams. We ended up purchasing one of the homes we viewed remotely w Susan. The sellers needed a less than one month closing and Susan worked just as hard after we made an offer w the inspections, surveys, working as a go between for us and sellers. Made several more trips back to the house for us and kept us informed, up to date, in communication w bank, title company anybody we needed in closing a house from a different state in less than a month. Susan offered professional advice, especially on the locale and what was selling for how much and where, didn't push us into any house we didn't want, was honest and forth right. Probably the biggest positive was the quick communication back from Susan, if we emailed or called or texted, she always got right back to us w the correct information. we didn't feel like we needed to go check on something after she did it. If she said she was going to take care of it, she did. That was huge especially w us in a different state. Both my wife and I have dealt w many realtors over the years, if you need professionalism, timeliness, knowledge, then Susan is for you, If you want flashy, try and talk you into something you don't want, lack of communciation etc...go to someone else. We would recommend Susan to our friends and doubtless use her again if we ever needed to.
