Kelly Watson was extremely helpful as we went through the process of making many critical decisions with our purchase at Trilogy. Her familiarity with the development, buider, and surrounding area gave us a sense of assurance given we were 4.5 hours away during the build process, did not know the area and could not have eye's on the project through each phase of the build. She took pictures, spoke to the sales office, and pointed out things to us during the walk through. Having her represent us with the builder gave us the advantage when had questions about the home we were having built. I first called Kelly about 5 years before we made a commitment to purchase in the Greater Charlotte area. She picked up the challenge as though there had been no break in our communication. We explored several communities, and decided to buy a house that would be built in about 7 months. She had very good business relationships with all the communities and builders, and kept in touch with us long distance throughout the process. She is an exceptional professional, and it was a pleasure working with her.
