Kelly Watson was extremely helpful as we went through the process of making many critical decisions with our purchase at Trilogy. Her familiarity with the development, buider, and surrounding area gave us a sense of assurance given we were 4.5 hours away during the build process, did not know the area and could not have eye's on the project through each phase of the build. She took pictures, spoke to the sales office, and pointed out things to us during the walk through. Having her represent us with the builder gave us the advantage when had questions about the home we were having built.
