I don't believe there are enough words in all languages combined that can describe Erica. She is a gem hidden in plain sight. I like to think of her as an angel from heaven. I was assigned as a personal representative for my fathers estate. The estate being in Colorado and me living in Arizona. From the start we hit it off. I when I explained to her the different locations and wanted to schedule time to meet in Colorado, she said she would come to my home here in AZ (she happens to cover both states). We (she, my wife, and I) met on a Saturday. She presented me with her research, including comparables, and got started working on selling the house. She made the process very easy.
