I usually don't write reviews - and when I do, it's usually because the relevant service was bad. Not this time. Rike did a fabulous job, and he worked very hard for the duration. He was sensitive to the personalities involved, and he responded to inquiries / issues promptly - usually within an hour. I've bought and sold perhaps 7 homes in my life, and Rike was the best agent I've ever used.
