Outstanding Experience!
In June we listed our condo with a Realtor at the Budwig Team. Due to truly unforeseen circumstance that no one could have predicted we were forced to find another agent. I sent an email to the office and dealt with Jonathan Budwig. He was privy to our situation and was extremely prompt and professional. To say he righted the ship would be an understatement! Jonathan sent one ace of an agent our way an we were most fortunate to deal with Melanie Didier. I can't say enough good things about Melanie; not only is she a superb agent, but also a wonderful person who went out of her way to help us. Upon having the listing passed on to her, Melanie was at our condo taking new and much improved pictures, as well as tidying it up. In addition, she also met a friend of my Father's at the condo to have personal items removed and returned two Direct TV Digital Boxes, as we are in Canada. Ultimately, thanks to Melanie's efforts, the condo sold in a most timely fashion at a price we were happy with. For those buying or selling, you cannot go wrong with Melanie Didier, I recommend her highly! A Peaceful Transition
Melanie is the most competent and understanding Realtor I’ve ever encountered. She not only helps you take a look at the “Big Picture” but her attention to detail is exquisite! She sold a property for me in Mesa in 2018 in two months. Her Real Estate referrals are just the best, as she helped me find a Realtor in Lake Havasu City, who sold my home there in 4 months during this COVID Pandemic time. AMAZING! We worked with Lisa to sell our home a few years ago, she made the process so quick and easy and sold the house so fast! When it was time to buy in AZ we contacted Lisa again, we wouldn’t want to work with anyone else! We worked with her to buy a house from across the country. Living in NJ and buying a house in AZ we expected it to be a challenging process, but it was nothing but easy! She was more than accommodating with our schedules and going to see homes constantly for us. Her communication skills and knowledge of the area are one of a kind! I wouldn’t recommended anyone but her to find you a home or sell your home! She made the entire process so seamless, thank you Lisa!

It was a pleasure to have Joe as my realtor, he is a true asset to your organization. This was my first property purchase and Joe was always available, responsive and well informed. I was renting from the owner, but owner was open to selling. Joe was the realtor for both parties. I found him to be objective and upfront. He was very thorough in explaining and reiterating the process throughout this experience.He was very resourceful in finding me contacts for lenders, insurance, repair ppl, HVAC; etc. I will definitely keep him as a contact for the future. I also wanted to say that submitting signatures electronically was very efficient. The website was very easy to navigate and access. The hardest part to this process was remembering my username and password to login. ;) Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I love my home.
