She is very well connected with other realtors which allows her to get a heads-up when houses are coming to market. We found this to be critical in this very hot housing market. Melanie made the bidding- offer process very easy, pre preparing documents for our electronic signature. Having been successful in buying a house, Melanie continued to be of great assistance, using her network of trades to get inspection and repairs made to our house. Sandra Weber is an outstanding professional that helped me pick an area in the valley that would be best suited to my interests. After looking at existing homes, I decided to build. She recommended professional sales people in the developments I visited. Because of covid19, I wasn't able to fly back during construction. She volunteered to do walk throughs and gave me useful information during design. I used a top notch lender she recommended. She was never pushy in her recommendations, but if I needed someone, she knew the best person. She's highly respected in the industry. She has a great personality and is fun to work with. I'm sure she's a very busy agent, but she was quick to respond to any question. She worked with me and for me through the entire process of building and closing on my house. I am a first time home buyer and I found Maggie while searching online for good realtor. Maggie's profile and experience stood out above the other realtors I found. She had great reviews from her past clients with no shortage of praises. I felt Maggie checked all the boxes for the best candiate to help me with landing my first house. Maggie was very patient and understanding when we were house hunting. She has a wealth of knowledge that she willingly shared with me. She would not only show me a house but also point out things about the house that might create additional expenses while providing creative suggestions to tackle them.
