Angie Wilmoth is a wonderful person to work with when trying to find a home to purchase. I met Angie during a homeowners workshop with her company. The workshop provided me with so many answers to questions I needed to move forward with purchasing my first home. When I left her workshop I had the tools needed to purchase my home in the near future. When I was ready to purchase my home about 6 months later, Angie was ready to go! I'm a teacher so Angie was always flexible with her schedule to meet my needs. She always made sure I understood the process of buying a home. Since this was my first time Angie gave me a peace of mind with her guidance, quick to respond and negotiation skills. I would recommend Angie Wilmoth to anyone that is looking to sell or buy. She is really great with helping educators find a home! Angie love sharing resources to help with buying a home also.

Tanya has been a most attentive and capable agent. Conscientiously for months as we walked thru the process of finding our forever home. From our distant perch in Colorado she found us several prospective properties. We selected one, only to find latent defects making it a dangerous choice A second option was close but at the last minute we again decided it wasn't right. Undaunted, she continued searching and did not give up. She quickly matched prospective properties with our criteria persevered and found us the just right place.

Amanda was the BEST EVER REALTOR !!!

Amanda was extremely knowledgeable in her job! We were amazed at the way she explained everything to us, things we didn’t even know we needed to know. She answered questions before we even asked them. She walked us through every single step from the day we met her. Our sell was made difficult by the buyers & their (friend realtor). Amanda met each & every situation with a smart solution. She is a problem solver. We always had immediate access to her, 24/7 by phone, text, & email. We found Amanda through our Florida Realtor & what a blessing she has been to us! In the end we think we have found a new friend we hope to cherish for years to come. She is not only the best Realtor we have ever had (we have had many in our 20 plus years of military life) but a sweet & caring lady as well. She’s a treasure & earns her pay.
