I don’t often write reviews. Who has time? But for Sam Casterlow I take the time gladly. I’ve purchased and sold more than 15 homes in my life. I’ve worked with some good realtors. I’m a good realtor (state of GA). Mr Casterlow is, by far, the best realtor I’ve worked with in the many states I’ve purchased and sold homes in. She managed my sale in such a way as to leave me with the firm belief she actively colluded with buyers to drive the price down. She recommended I accept an offer for the exorbitantly high price that she set even after they refused a due diligence deposit on my property. Along with recommendations that I give them two additional extensions on the offer. They backed out and we never received another offer that high. It was my impression she wasn’t actively engaged in marketing my property. I had to give her the phone numbers of all the people that had been texting me about the property and encourage her to contact them. After months of waiting my property sold at 40% of the original asking price she recommended. At every turn she made recommendations indicating she was inexperienced and perhaps dishonest. I was disgusted with her performance in representing the sale of my home.
