I give Sam 5 stars (Excellent!) as a real estate agent. I had an agent prior to Sam in which that person really did not listen to what I wanted and needed from a residential property. Sam listened to what I wanted and then showed me properties that met most of my conditions. The part that makes him stand out is that he is also very knowledgeable about loans, inspections and the conditions of houses with how much things might cost if it needs fixing.
