My wife and I just moved from Maine to North Carolina. After our house in Maine went under contract we needed to find a realtor in N.C. We have a large family with 2 handicapped kids so we knew finding a new home 14 hours away would be challenging. We found Dave on YouTube doing a walk through on a home in North Carolina . He gave an honest review of the property and we decided to call him. After spending about 30 minutes on the phone with Dave I asked him if he would be willing to do virtual walk thrus on properties we were interested in. He agreed. He did 4 walk thrus for us. During each walk thru he gave honest comments and exposed the good, the bad and the ugly of each property. We decided on one property and went under contract. We always thought that people who buy homes on the internet, site unseen were fools. We would still think that way if we didn't meet Dave Salmonsen. He is honest, diligent, hardworking and is a man of integrity. We've bought and sold various properties over the years and Dave is by far the best realtor we've ever worked with. We consider Dave our friend now and would highly recommend him as a realtor.
