I have worked with Teresa many times. The reason I choose her is because she is knowledgeable, she explains everything clearly, and she doesn't let things fall through the cracks. She stays on top of everything, keeps me updated, and always goes the extra mile for me. When I turn things over to her, I know it's going to be handled right the first time. When I also purchased through her, she had all of her inspectors lined up asap so that I had all of my inspections and survey done within five days of my inspections window so that the unknowns didn't have to drag on for weeks. When we found issues, she helped me negotiate quite a bit off the price and had the documents signed within an hour to seal the deal on the price reduction. She always answered her phone and always got back to me quickly. I have more property to sell and buy, and I will only use Teresa.
