Ms. Corinthians has an Excellent Communication style. She is Transparent and Patient. If I did not understand something or a concept, she would Kindly repeat again and again (IN DIFFERENT WAYS) until she was understood. Ms. Corinthians is a subject matter expert on regional real estate trends, adding to her practice with Zooms and in-person up-to-date trainings. She understood the specific pulse of my new neighborhood, and she didn't just look at city-wide data; she followed the specific trends of the Bellelake area, ensuring I didn't overpay in a competive climate. Also, she advised on what I needed to highlight in order to stand out to the seller. When "showing" my family the house, she knew Everything about it- The Good, the Bad and the Other. When Jen sells your home, she makes you feel as if she is selling her own family home. This is the care that goes into her services. If she informs you of a problem, you will find that she has already researched options to resolve the issue. Our house went on the market and was under contract in six days! We closed in approximately 30 days! I would recommend Jen to anyone. She was our realtor for selling our home and the purchase of our new home. We actually found Alexia by clicking on a property on Zillow we were interested in. From the start, we got along great. She listened to what we were looking for at the time, and tried to hone in on exactly the right place. As time went on, Alexia helped us to realize that what we really wanted was a piece of property to build a new home. When we found the perfect piece of property, she helped us every step of the way until closing. Alexia truly goes out of her way to help her clients without being pushy. She listens and works very hard to find the right place for her clients. As we transitioned from looking for a house to property, she was able to switch gears and gave us a great list of options. Kelsey was Absolutely Amazing! We moved from NJ down here and when I tell you she made the transition smooth like butter, I mean smoooooooth lol. Alexia Montali was the buyer’s agent when we sold our land without an agent. We talked with the buyer initially and were advised that they were working with an agent and would have her contact us. We were agreeable to that. Alexia contacted us shortly thereafter and advised that she would handle all contacts and arrangements. Alexia was knowledgeable and professional, and kept all informed as we maneuvered through to closing. The process went so smoothly that closing time was moved up by a few days. Since we were selling raw land that had been held by sellers for many decades, Alexia has kept in contact with us to provide progress updates which we really appreciate. She is so personable and was completely attentive and involved making this sale seamless and pleasurable.

And selling she is tops get the most out of your property and little things that most people dont realize makes a difference.. And when it comes to inspections this lady is awesome. If you have well or city water. And sewers lines Or septicd. Both are important issues as well as others.
