A 5 out of 5 star rating for Colleen is too low. She is at leat a 10 out of 5 stats! Colleen is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very patient. We went through a couple of houses that just didn’t quite work out, then… If it were not for the negotiation skills and tactics that Colleen advised, there is not a chance that I would have landed the house of my dreams. Colleen’s skills absolutely made the difference in a very competitive process. Over the several month process, Colleen was always there for me with a smile and a passion to make sure I received all information to make an informed decision during this journey. Colleen was always quick to respond and was an absolute dream to work with and I absolutely would recommend any buyer or seller to use Colleen for your real estate needs. I take back my 10 out of 5 stars comment ending with giving her 25 out of 5 stars. Thank you Colleen!

Emily made this process so easy despite the problems the mortgage people gave us she communicated so well to us and really helped us understand everything that was going on. She is amazing at her job and we could not have asked for a better realtor and will definitely use her again if we buy another house! she helped us find our dream home on a time crunch because i’m about to have a baby and we are so thankful for her!!

I had an outstanding experience working with Brianna while buying my new home. From our first meeting to the final closing, She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. Bri took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided valuable insights about the local market. She was always available to answer my questions and guide me through the process, making it much less stressful than I anticipated.
