Weekends, evenings, after hours—it didn't matter. She was there for us every step of the way. More than anything, she made me feel like I had made a new friend. Melissa is absolutely amazing. She has a huge heart, an infectious personality, and a genuine passion for helping people. I truly could not be more grateful for everything she did for us.
