We actually found Alexia by clicking on a property on Zillow we were interested in. From the start, we got along great. She listened to what we were looking for at the time, and tried to hone in on exactly the right place. As time went on, Alexia helped us to realize that what we really wanted was a piece of property to build a new home. When we found the perfect piece of property, she helped us every step of the way until closing. Alexia truly goes out of her way to help her clients without being pushy. She listens and works very hard to find the right place for her clients. As we transitioned from looking for a house to property, she was able to switch gears and gave us a great list of options. Since we are 9 hours away from where we were buying property, Alexia went out of her way to show us properties virtually and made time for us while we were in the area.

She showed us a lot of properties before we finally found what we were looking for. She was always patient with us when we called her to view properties that turned out not to be what we wanted. We are currently working with her to sell our previous house, so yes, we would definitely recommend her.

Alexia helped us big time! We are based in the lower part of the state and could not always make the trip up there to look at properties. So we relied on her expertise of the area and knowledge of the properties to guide our daughter to find the perfect place. We have now successfully closed on the property for our daughter. Alexia Montali was the buyer’s agent when we sold our land without an agent. We talked with the buyer initially and were advised that they were working with an agent and would have her contact us. We were agreeable to that. Alexia contacted us shortly thereafter and advised that she would handle all contacts and arrangements. Alexia was knowledgeable and professional, and kept all informed as we maneuvered through to closing. The process went so smoothly that closing time was moved up by a few days. Since we were selling raw land that had been held by sellers for many decades, Alexia has kept in contact with us to provide progress updates which we really appreciate. She is so personable and was completely attentive and involved making this sale seamless and pleasurable.
