We actually found Alexia by clicking on a property on Zillow we were interested in. From the start, we got along great. She listened to what we were looking for at the time, and tried to hone in on exactly the right place. As time went on, Alexia helped us to realize that what we really wanted was a piece of property to build a new home. When we found the perfect piece of property, she helped us every step of the way until closing. Alexia truly goes out of her way to help her clients without being pushy. Alexia Montali was the buyer’s agent when we sold our land without an agent. We talked with the buyer initially and were advised that they were working with an agent and would have her contact us. Alexia was knowledgeable and professional, and kept all informed as we maneuvered through to closing. The process went so smoothly that closing time was moved up by a few days.
