In addition to the "normal" process of purchasing property she did a lot of research in water rights, plot plan information on adjacent properties and general gathering of related information that was very useful in understanding in detail what we were buying. At our request she also provided us with contact information for various contractors whose work she was confident of. The bottom line is that she invested a lot of additional time so that we had a very clear understanding about our purchase. She was always very positive, and a joy to work with.
