Mike assisted me with a year long build from ground breaking through completion. Since I was out of state Mike became my eyes and ears in visiting the project to assure things were being done right. I simply could not have gone through this build without his help and expertise. Mike is extremely knowledgeable of the building process from construction through the recording of the title. On top of this expertise Mike is an absolute pleasure to work with. I could not recommend him more highly.

This home purchase was the culmination of 5 real estate deals I did this year. It was a crazy time, and I don't recommend being in escrow on 3 places at once, but my family and I are all together now instead of being scattered all over. During it all, Ben was always there, quick to respond to numerous questions, providing options when things went sideways, and basically being the best agent I've ever worked with. More than once he showed great patience and grace when I didn't remember something I had known the day before. The whole time, Ben was professional, very good at explaining all the nitty gritty important stuff in a manner I understood, and really went the extra mile for us, like helping with movers that were trying to ditch us at the last minute, or weed wacking my yard when I was 5 hours away. What other agent does that? We had so many things going on at once, I'm truly thankful to have had Ben in our corner. I've worked with many other agents, but Ben is by far the best I've ever dealt with. Ever! I highly recommend him!

We were interested in downsizing from out acre plus property and 3700 sq ft home. She provide a have dozen suggestion that we examined online. Just caught our fancy and within an hour Julie was able to arrange on on site visit. Driving up to the property the street appeal was immediate. Entering the home it satisfied our needs and we made an offer. Within a few days we were under contract and in less four weeks a loan was secured and we closed. Our first meeting we talked about what we were looking for in a house and location (size and function) Mike showed us some houses on his computer to better understand what we were looking for. This was about 2 hours. The next day we meet and went over the houses he picked on his computer, and we selected several to go look at. We found a house on the third day and closed in 90 days. Very fast and easy. Mike is a wonderful person and a great realtor.
