This home purchase was the culmination of 5 real estate deals I did this year. It was a crazy time, and I don't recommend being in escrow on 3 places at once, but my family and I are all together now instead of being scattered all over. More than once he showed great patience and grace when I didn't remember something I had known the day before. Our first meeting we talked about what we were looking for in a house and location (size and function) Mike showed us some houses on his computer to better understand what we were looking for. This was about 2 hours. The next day we meet and went over the houses he picked on his computer, and we selected several to go look at. We found a house on the third day and closed in 90 days.
