Kristen was an excellent agent for us. She was very attentive to what our needs were. We noticed that when she was showing us houses, she would take notes on what we liked and what we did not. We were making a move from Southern California to Idaho and she helped make the house buying process a good experience. Also, she was patient with some tricky details regarding the house being held by a trust. Buying a home when you live out of state (Hawaii) and are unable to fly back and forth is not easy. So, having an agent who listens and cares is very important. Shirley worked tirelessly to help us find the right house in this ever changing market. Being so far away created many hurdles and a 4 hour time difference meant many late nights for her, but she continued to go out of her way to help us with issues that are beyond an agents job! As if that wasn't impressive enough, the follow up care we have been given (as our move was very different from most) has been outstanding! She has literally become 'ohana (family) to us and we are forever grateful! The house house helped me sell was my fathers', who had recently passed away. Ben was helpful with connecting us to the right people to help prepare the house for sell and understood that it was an emotional time for my family. I felt like he knew where to look for potential problems whether it came to the structure itself or the paperwork, Ben seemed to be 1 step ahead all the time.
