We did not know what was expected to but a house including legal documents and some unfamiliar terms and conditions, and she covered all of the check points before we even had questions on and moved things very smoothly and quickly. The fact that we closed the house in 3 weeks which showed her hard works and passion as a realtor.

Kinsey was, on multiple occasions, able to drop what she was doing and come show a house. She communicated effectively between the myself and the Sellers and was able to find extra insight that would not have been available otherwise. Her expertise allowed us to make an offer that looked attractive. Additionally, when the closing dates got pushed to be a week sooner then was expected she spent days on the phone making sure everything was in place. Julie was extremely knowledgable and helpful. It was a long process and she was very patient with us. Our property is a ranchette that has some unusual features. In addition to the "normal" process of purchasing property she did a lot of research in water rights, plot plan information on adjacent properties and general gathering of related information that was very useful in understanding in detail what we were buying. At our request she also provided us with contact information for various contractors whose work she was confident of. The bottom line is that she invested a lot of additional time so that we had a very clear understanding about our purchase. She was always very positive, and a joy to work with. We would definitely recommend Julie to someone who is looking for an agent who has her client's best interest in mind.
