She was pleasant without being cloying. She was extremely responsive and always made me feel like I was her only client. We didn't do a lot of negotiation on this sale so that is really a neutral, not because of her inability but more due to the fact that is was a non-issue in this transaction. She really went over and above in dealing with the inspection, interacting with the HOA and the condo representatives to correct for items/issues identified in the inspection report.

Lauren is absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to everyone I know (already have)!!! When my fiancé and I first started the home buying process, we didn't know what we were doing since this was our first home. We went to a few open houses and ended up meeting Lauren at one. She took the time to layout the entire process for us and was able to break each step down and prepare us for what was coming next. We went through her preferred lender and it was an incredibly smooth process from start to finish. She's so well versed in the Portland metro market and was able to give us all the background information we needed to determine our offer. The best part was instead of telling us what to offer, she educated us on the surrounding market value and served as a gut check for the offer we wanted to submit. She'll never tell you what to spend and we loved not feeling forced to a specific number. After our offer was accepted on the house, Lauren lead the charge with making sure we had the house inspected, we weren't taking on additional debt (a big thing to understand for first time home buyers), and all the other details while being completely transparent with us on where we were at in the process. It's safe to say Lauren didn't help us find a house, she helped us find our HOME!! My fiancé and I could not be more thankful for Lauren and we look forward to working with her on all of our upcoming homes!

Why can't we leave 10 stars?! Lauren is the most helpful, knowledgable, and funniest agent we have ever met. When we met Lauren, she was at an open house selling a home we almost bought. We chatted with her, laughed with her, and that day we asked her to become our agent because she was just awesome! And we don't regret it. Upon our very first offer, she called us and explained the entire process of buying a home (since it was our first) STEP BY STEP. She went over every detail and told us to interrupt with questions, if we had any. She understood we had a lot of questions, as this was our first home purchase and she was so helpful about it. Lauren would meet us on short notice almost always and if she couldn't, she would figure something out.
