Where do I even begin... Lauren was recommended to us by a family member, and even before we hired her I could tell she was passionate and had extensive knowledge of the reality industry. In our first meeting Lauren was warm, personable and informative, and after going over the process of what buying a house looks like(this was my first time buying a home and my husbands second) she made sure we understood and answered any questions we had. She hit the ground running, we had a list of new houses to look at often and any that we found on our own she was always prompt in scheduling a tour and after the tours following up with any questions we had about the property. When we found the home we fell in love with, she was so wonderful at keeping us updated and explaining every document(because there are a lot) that needed signed and again was always available for questions or concerns. When negotiating our offer she let us know all of the options and the pros and cons of each of them. Part of the reason the sellers accepted our offer was because Lauren was such a joy to work with. She was there giving 110% from start to finish during the process of buying our home. Also did I mentioned she did this at 7 months pregnant! If you need a realtor, hire Lauren! I cannot stress this enough. Lauren helped us sell our home and buy a new home. She stepped into a difficult situation selling our existing home and handled it was so much empathy. Lauren helped my wife and I buy our first home in 2019, so when we were ready to purchase our forever home, she was our first call.
