We chose Lauren orginally because we knew her through family. That soon evaporated because of her energy and expertise. She had fantastic ideas about styling, and setting up the house for listing pictures. She managed all communications throughout the entire process to the point we seldom had questions. She briefed us regularly on upcoming events and considerations. There were a couple inspection problems that she helped us thru quickly. The big snags were the Title co. not acting very prompt or professional and the Bank trying to change things literally the last day during closing. Lauren literally wore them down with reason, logic, and comprehensive and exhausting reviews of thier own E-mail communications proving her client had fulfilled the contract terms and they had not. She stands for her client like no one else around. We are feeling very fortunate to have selected her for our advocate. She is the very best at this game. And a pretty good person to boot.

Tiffany is fantastic to work with! She was always available to hop in the car to see a newly listed house whenever I asked.
