As a military veteran Hilary was very familiar with our military transfer schedule and knew exactly how to line up our sale so that we could stay in our home until the day we transferred out. As a local of the area, she has an amazing pulse on the market and advertises through all of the social media platforms available. Hilary had great insight on all of the properties in the area for current homes on the market and those that had recently sold over the past year. She compared our home accordingly and we got a very fair price for our home. She has a very bubbly personality and meets you where you are at.
