Working with Jim was a pleasure from start to finish. He is very personable and knowledgable, but was never pushy, allowing us to take our time before submitting our offer. Most importantly though, we had our offer accepted on a great property where there were multiple other offers in play. I believe this partially to be due to his strong negotiation skills when working with the seller's broker. Jim Gestautas is amazing- five stars are not enough! My husband and I had been looking along the coast for months for a vacation home. When a house we liked came on the market we were excited but our realtor was out town. Our realtor connected us with Jim in their absence and I am so glad they did. Jim is extremely attentive, has amazing follow through, attention to detail and knowledge. He was one step ahead of process at all times, so nothing every felt overwhelming. He attended every inspection even when we couldn't and was always on hand with great recommendations or observations. I honestly feel we got the house because he was so engaged with the sellers agent and helped guide us correctly. We have purchased more than a few houses in our lives and his representation was the best. I highly recommend using Jim for your home purchase!
