Jim went far above and beyond to help my mother sell her property in Cannon Beach in what was an extremely complex situation. We weren't able to be there in person, and Jim helped us do everything remotely — from preparing the property to finding the right buyers to guiding us through the transaction and even helping back up some important belongings and shipping them to us.
