Norma is a delight to work with! She is super knowledgeable about the Oregon coast and was very responsive every time we reached out to her. We saw homes with her in person and via video, where she was extremely thorough and honest about the good & not so good of each property. Andrea helped us put an offer in on a Manzanita property that had been stagnant on the market a while. While that one didn't work out, she quickly took the knowledge of our preferred property type and was able to show us a house that was pre-listing and a perfect fit. We did a facetime tour, and already knowing the area from prior visits, purchased the home that day remotely. Andrea was a great help through the process from offer signing, to inspection, to close. Jim was involved from the being till the end making sure I knew what paperwork needed to be done and when it needed to be turned in. He walked me through the house virtually and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with everything. He worked well with the sellers agent and made sure that my wants and needs were met. Andrea helped us purchase a vacation home in Seaside, OR. My first email exchange with her was in the spring of 2020, when the COVID lockdowns were in effect. Because of that and other factors, I decided to postpone my search. Andrea was very supportive, and I never felt pressured. Fast-forward 18 months, and I was ready to dive in again. I knew I wanted to work with Andrea because I needed an agent who I could trust would be on top of things every step of the way, given I live in another state. My experience working with her touring properties, and then closing on the house we ultimately chose did nothing but further cement that first impression. She was supremely responsive, and always made us feel like we were her only clients. She responded to emails and texts at odd hours at night and on weekends and helped with every detail of the transaction.
