Norma helped me to purchase a home in Garibaldi, Oregon this summer. I experienced very positive outcomes working with Norma and I highly recommend her.As it turned out, inspection reports showed problems with the home. Thankfully, Norma remained positive and exhibited very good communication skills with the seller's realtor which resulted in a significant reduction in price to allow for completion of the repairs and maintenance work needed. Without the price reduction I would not have been able to purchase the home and pay for repairs. Currently the work is starting and it is very exciting to know the home will be buttoned up for the wet and windy coastal weather ahead this fall and winter. Norma was good at working with my lender, title company and myself to keep the purchase timelines on track and in recommending reputable professionals to work with for the inspection reports. Also, when I was trying to find a home to purchase on the north Oregon coast, I didn't live here. Norma brought remote tours to me through facetime technology with was very helpful as I could look at the place through her camera's lense and ask questions along the way.
