I was so impressed with her knowledge of the area, her spot-on intuition about buyers, and her responsiveness. She truly went above and beyond for us, I.e., calling contractors to schedule work, mailing us a painting after the sale, even climbing up a ladder to inspect our attic! 100% would work with Hilary again if given the chance!

Jim was a referral from a friend as I was interested in property on the Oregon Coast. From the first call to the last Jim was quick to respond with insight, integrity and thoughtful suggestions. Throughout the process of negotiations and challenges his respect for the process and the community spoke volumes of his ethics. Please note these loaded words are not chosen lightly. He is that dependable. Most home purchases come with challenges. This one had more than most. Together we kept stepping through each decision with careful and respectful challenges to the seller team. The end result was fair and I'm now living in a fabulous spot. I am confident I would not be living here if not for the relationship skills Jim has. I am so thankful to have the opportunity to comment on Jim's professionalism. She was always knowledgeable about the buying and selling aspect. She told what to accept, and what buyers were looking for and expecting. Andrea not only sold us the property in Manzanita, but listed and resold when it became difficult for me to negotiate the stairway. Then she patiently showed us properties in the area. When we were unable to fine the "just right one", she worked with an agent in Coos Bay and found us the perfect property. She was amazing ......and I can not say often enough patient in our search.

I highly recommend Hilary Herman to anyone interested in buying in the Seaside, Cannon Beach, Astoria area. Hilary was so responsive from the very beginning. She researched questions for me, provided recommendations for contractors and service people, and helped me with any question I had about the area.
