There are good realtors, and there are great realtors...then there's Krista Bryant Reichow, our exceptional, amazing, superb realtor!! Krista has a vast knowledge of the real estate business, and she put that knowledge to work for us during the recent purchase of my mom's house. Thru her company's database, she ensured that we were getting information on every single listing that met our requirements and wishes, so that no stone was left unturned. In the 6 months or so that we were searching and placing offers on homes, it seemed that there was an unusual amount of hoops to jump thru and brick walls to run into with mortgage companies, HOA rules and regulations, seller's wishes, etc. However, Krista kept a positive attitude thruout the entire search, even when we ourselves felt defeated, and she persevered in finding the perfect home for my mom.
