We are not sure how we found Cara to begin with but we couldn’t be more pleased. We were looking at finding a home in either Arizona or Colorado, having lived, worked and retired in Texas. After looking in Arizona we decided to check out Colorado.and luckily found Cara online. She worked tirelessly to find exactly what we were looking for and we are thrilled. We looked at new builds, build to suit, older homes. She made appointments at every builder that fit our wants and needs and she couldn’t have been more good natured and thoughtful. She made the entire process a breeze, all the way through closing. What a gem! It was also helpful that she grew up in the Denver area and knows the different communities. Thank you Cara!

Krista Reichow came HIGHLY recommended from a close friend of ours, and I have to say that she not only lived up this recommendation, but went above and beyond what we were expecting on all fronts. She talked to us as though she herself was buying the house. Pointing out red flags based on her experiences. VERY honest and she clearly did not have her own interest in mind, even when looking at more expensive houses. The whole process was new to me and my partner, and Krista made each step of the way easily digestable - specifically when it came to counter offers/objections, which we were not confident with. She used her personal and realtor experience to show us what's common and might be acceptable given our specific circumstances. There was no pressure in any direction, and she made us feel very empowered in the situation. Krista was extremely responsive when it came to communication and none of our deadlines were missed, even while she was on vacation! Any in person events were properly delegated to her team members during that time. This was truly a pleasant experience, and working with Krista was a delight! The entire process was made simple and, in a lot of cases, fun! We couldn't have asked for a better time with this huge decision and life change. Definitely inviting her and her family to our incoming house-warming party. Praise to Krista, and we would be more than excited to recommend her to anyone in the market for a home.

Theresa was a great help in guiding me through the process of selling the property. From what should be done to help it sell to the resource in need to make it happen. There were a number of things with potential buyers that frustrated us both, but Theresa was patient and resourceful in finding a path forward. There were a lot of nuances related to the property and sale that took some education on both our parts, Theresa took the time to learn what need to be done and to educate me on the what and why.

Kristen was an amazing buyer's agent. She was available and at the ready whenever I called. She always had local knowledge about the house and it's surroundings. If she didn't know the answer to a question, like "what is the zoning across the street?" she would find the answer and called me right back.
