Responsible and Helpful
Brittany is a knowledgeable realtor. From our first meeting where she studied and photographed our unique property and prepared a market analysis for us to arrive at a price, to the closing appointment, we felt in very competent hands. An odd offer came shortly and she cautioned us to seek legal advice as it was quite risky sounding. We followed her recommendation and were so thankful to have our eyes opened to a potential scam. We’ve bought and sold real estate for 40 plus years and have not had a real estate representative. We are sure relieved that Brittany walked through this experience with us. We soon received an offer from just the right buyer and the rest is history. We recommend Brittany if you are searching for a loyal and respectful realtor with integrity. She will have any future real estate business of ours.

Great Agent - Put in the Time and Energy Into Finding the Right Home
Brittany was an excellent agent and went above and beyond to help me find my home. We toured 75+ homes and spent 6-months looking in this crazy market, and she kept helping me find high quality homes that fit my goals. When we saw the house I purchased, we knew we had to move fast - she had the offer ready to sign and submit within 2 hours of leaving the house, which is what enabled us to be able to get the home. She has an excellent knowledge of the industry, but lets the customer decide what they like or don't like about a home without any pressure.
