Linda was amazing, friendly, easy to communicate with, and excellent knowledge of the area and property we purchased. This was by far the easiest real estate purchase we have ever been through. We saw the property on a Tuesday and by the following week we were signing the papers and owned a condo in Marco Island!

Boris helped us sell our father's condo in Naples including major renovation projects. His knowledge of contractors, pricing & vision is beyond compare. We can't say enough how blessed we were to have found him as we live out of state when this situation occurred. His professionalism, kindness, knowledge & work ethic is truly to be admired. We couldn't have been any luckier to have had an agent who truly puts his clients on another level. I would without question work with Boris again & this experience has set my expectations of what an amazing realtor really should be. Thank you Boris!!!!

Linda possesses the knowledge of the area and market very well. She quickly understands a clients wants and needs and hones in on properties that match. She often goes out of the way for remote buyers to do FaceTime walk throughs and also offers her opinion that assists in decision making. There is no pressure to settle on a property if there is something that doesn’t sit right . She is attentive, listens well and directs her efforts to meet or exceed your needs. It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional who was in constant communication and always available. Her personal involvement from start to finish and beyond is first rate!

Boris was instrumental in helping us sell our investment condo in record time for a record price! He was very proactive and spared no expense in marketing the property. Boris could have pushed for a quick and easy sale but rather had our best interest in mind and helped us secure the best offer. His knowledge of HOA specifics made the otherwise painfull process in dealing with them very smooth and easy.We have recommended Boris to other friends in the area and will gladly do it again!

We met Evelyn in 2020 when she helped find us a rental home as we moved to Florida. She was amazing to work with. When it was time to put down permanent roots, we called upon Evelyn again and she guided us the through the buying process of buying our Florida home. She is truly a wonderful partner that goes above and beyond to ensure her client has all the information they need and her happy every step of the way.

Eva was the best realtor I could ask for. She got to know me, and helped me find what I was looking for. She was always well prepared and on time. Her friendly and laid back demeanor helped me in stressful situations during the home-buying process. I felt like I could ask her anything. She is very resourceful. She knows someone for everything. It's hard to pinpoint her greatest qualities in the industry, but I'll try. She works quickly and effectively. And she is graceful with negotiations. Eva Carmody is the real estate agent you want in Florida. If I ever go to sell my house, I'm calling her back up. I feel very lucky to have worked with her.
