Oftentimes, ambivalence is the lead emotion especially if you are pursuing a significant cash expenditure such as purchasing a home. In this instance, we started with the notion of "just looking", and transitioned from a base budget with no real perspective on what a particular area may cost to consummating the purchase of a wonderful 2bdrm/bths condo in Northern Naples, albeit above our initial budget. Along the way, our broker, Linda Ciabattari, provided insightful perspective on the areas of interest, a reality check on the costs to purchase in each area, and what offer may ultimately carry the day without cajoling or browbeating.
