Here are my thoughts regarding my wonderful experience specific to Carol and Bill Burchfield. With the recent passing of my mother, they managed the process of selling the house. Actually, they came very highly recommended by my mother's sister, who sold their house, five houses down from mother's property, a year or so prior. During this very difficult time of losing my mother whom I lived with and cared for for approximately four years, both Carol and Bill were so kind, patient, and understanding through the entire process. From them advising me as to the asking price, recommending a cleaning person prior to showing the property, to explaining every detail during the listing, showing, selling, and closing of the property. Mind you my mind was else where while grieving, working full time, and just piecing my life together wondering what my next season in life looked like. With that being said, the "Burchfield team" were just an incredible stabling force during this process. They are complete professionals, seemed to know 'everything about everything' regarding the sale of real estate. For that I can not thank them enough in the manner in which they handled the process of selling mother's property.I would surely recommend the "Burchfield team" to handle any situation regarding the sale of a property. In fact, I have already done so whenever the conversational situation has presented itself. Again, they far exceeded my expectations of selling the property during a very difficult time. I cannot thank both Carol and Bill enough from the bottom of my heart. They are both wonderful people, I have been blessed to have gotten to know and work with them. They are simply the best!
