Troy listened to our request for a style and price range of homes we were interested in looking at and when we met with him he had homes and times lined up for us to see. The time spent with him looking at homes was very productive because we were looking at what we requested. No waste of time. The mark down on responsiveness is only because Troy was away on vacation for a short time which he did inform us about. His assistant was available to us but as with anything they are not always as versed as the person you have been dealing with. I would recommend Troy to anyone looking for a realtor in his area.
