Lorraine supported me on my search for a summer home in the Flagstaff area. She was proactive, available, communicative, and very knowledgeable. She was always willing to FaceTime potential properties and worked with my less than ideal schedule. I finally found a place in Munds Park that fit my needs and thankful Lorraine was creative and showed me places just outside of flagstaff, which fit my needs. Lorraine went above and beyond to get the sale done, I dealt with a very difficult underwriting process and unresponsive lender. Lorraine stepped up and bridged the gaps and performed steps the lender should have been doing in order to close the sale, prior to my rate lock expiring. Not only did Lorraine help with the sale of the property, but she helped coordinate all service providers to get quotes for electrical work, paint, etc. Which was awesome given I don’t live in Munds Park.
